from initial inquiry to grand exit

Step One: Zoom/Phone Call
After reading through this guide, the next step is to book a zoom consultation with me to discuss your needs, get to know each other and chat about which collection is right for you.

Step Two: Make Things Official
If we’re a good fit and you’d like to move forward, I’ll send you a proposal with a contract and invoice to make our partnership official. Once you submit it, your date is secured on my calendar and you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing you just found your dream wedding photographer and personal hype girl!

Step Three: Prepare
During the weeks and months leading up to your wedding, I’ll act as a personal guide, offering vendor recommendations, tips and tricks, and more. If you choose a collection with an engagement session, we’ll schedule it for a few months before your wedding and create a detailed shot list for the day of.

Step Four: Engagement Session
It’s time to capture this special, fleeting season with beautiful photos! Your engagement session is a great opportunity to get comfortable with me and my camera and practice taking pictures together. Plus, you can use the photos for Save the Dates, wedding websites, and more!

Step Five: The one where they get married!
The big day has finally arrived. It’s going to be great! I’ll get to your venue early to scout out the layout and lighting. Thanks to all the planning and prep we’ve done, you can simply relax and enjoy each moment while I create the magic.

Step Six: Gallery Delivery
I’ll send your highlight gallery within 24 hours of your wedding, then your full gallery will be delivered 6-8 weeks later. Once you review your gallery you will choose the images for any products that may be included in your package like canvas wall art or professionally designed, leather bound albums.
